Vou faze-las hoje, pq amanha tenho o casamento e era giro já as ter... apesar de ainda faltarem 500g !!!!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Pois é...amanhã é o casamento... é daquelas situações que são bastante complicadas para a nossa boa alimentação!!!! Como é às 16h, vou lanchar antes de ir, para ñ chegar lá com fome, senão era uma desgraça...lolol. Na ultima aula que foi de jump fit, já não aguentava mais, mas como estava a ser tão divertido, não desisti :)&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Adoro fazer jump !!!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Uma das professoras aconselhou-me a fazer a não fazer 3 aulas seguidas, porque o desgaste é mt, mas como eu só posso ir 2 vezes por semana, tento aproveitar ao máximo, mas tb só qd vou à 4f é q faço as 3 aulas, nos outros faço 2!! O que axam?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;A nutricionista aconselhou-m a fazer 4 vezes por semana exercicio, tenho uma bicicleta estactica, mas raramente ando, lol! Agora com o bom tempo, vou ver se ganho coragem e dar umas voltinhas de bicicleta (normal)! Vamos ver...lol!!!!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Amanha é dia de pesagem para a batalha de verão!!! O jantar vai ser bacalhau com natas, isso vou ter de comer ( em pouca quantidade!), mas vou ter de resistir ao resto, às sobremesas que eu adoro e que vou ajudar a fazer. Que sol radiante, foi pena não ter ido para a praia... tive de trabalhar, pois estou a escrever o relatório de estágio de fim de curso.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A minha alimentação foi exemplar, este tempo também ajuda um bocadinho, com calor costumo comer menos e beber mais liquidos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ontem ao jantar experimentei daquelas sopas já prontas, (vem num pacote do tipo do leite), foi a minha nutricionista que me falou delas, diz que não tem assim tantas calorias como isso, e é melhor comer dessas que não comer, mas não substituir sempre pela tradicional, feita em casa! A partir dos meu 13 anos, parti o braço e devido a medicação e a umas férias grandes inteiras de braço engessado no sofá a comer comecei a engordar, claro. Cheguei a pesar mais de 70kg. Desde ai, tenho feito dietas em cima de dietas, umas resultam mais e umas menos. À 2 anos fui ao endocrinilogista e consegui estacionar entre os 67 e 65kg, mas nunca conseguia baixar esse valor, que drama , a sério!! No ano passado, consegui quebrar esse feitiço, esforcei-me muito e fui aos 64kg.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mais ao menos à um mês comecei a consultar uma nutricionista, na Naturhouse, é minha amiga, o que faz com que me sinta mais na obrigação de lhe apresentar resultados, mas mesmo assim está a ser dificil. Qd fui lá pela primeira vez estava a pesar 64kg, consegui chegar aos 62kg, mas estas duas ultimas semanas.... foi o desastre total, tornei a engordar + 1kilito. Tive consulta a 2f passada e a próxima será na próxima 5f, dia 1.
